You can get a good workout right at your own home if you for one reason, or another do not want to go to the gym.  You can put together a really effective workout plan that you can do from your home, and you do not need to spend alot of money either.  3 workouts to do at home can revolve around dumbell exercises.  There are advantages to working out at home.  For one, if you are new to working out, you might feel self aware if you are at the gym.  Working out at home gets rid of that excuse right away.
